I'm tempted to sign this petition, but I really want to see War of the Worlds. I'm a sucker for science fiction, even if I do want to puke every time I see his weasley face.
I feel agree with it but to me people should be spending their time protesting something that is worthy of their energy. I'm probably going to see the movie anyway.

i saw the movie and reviewed it on my blog.
It wasn't until his big implosions on Oprah and the Today Show that I realized Tom's acting really isn't all that good. Seriously overrated, even.
A Few Good Men, Jerry Maguire, Rain Man, etc... All just Tom doing his crazy jumping-on-Oprah's-couch schtick.
TomKat certainly isn't very subtle, but he brings a lot of energy to the role.
