Blogger Bash

I figure since I went to the Blogger Bash last night I should probably post something other than a silly youtube video just in case someone decides to check out my site. Since I'm busy procrastinating writing something for work, this is the perfect time to write a quick post. At first glance, you might assume I'm obsessed with David Hasselhoff and ZZ Top, and you would be right. Not really obsessed with them in particular, but with cheesiness in general.

I actually enjoyed myself last night. I kind of expected it to be awkward meeting a bunch of strangers, but I suppose the multiple beers I consumed may have helped avert that potential. Everyone was friendly and talkative. I half expected some big egos at the table since some bloggers tend to be narcissistic, but that was not the case at all. It was nice meeting everyone! I'll be checking out these bloggers' blogs in the blogosphere as soon as bloggity possible: The Freedonian, Voting in Memphis, Red State Circle Jerk, Thaddeus Matthews, Rock Girl, Life in and Around Memphis, Brandon Morrison, Semi Charmed Kat. I already read Theology & Geology and Rock and Roll Minor Planets, the blogger bash organizer.

Procrastination time is now up.

It was good to meet everyone. Maybe next time we can meet on the patio where we can hear each other!

Yea, that's why I kept elbowing on both ends of the table.

John, be careful on that thing.
