I was driving down Poplar yesterday afternoon on my way home from getting my haircut and much to my dismay I witnessed a Bush rally. People waving signs that said "Honk for Bush". Lucky for me I had to stop at the light right beside them. One heinous looking lady was waving and yelling "4 more years". She looked over at me and I gave her a big dose of thumbs down and stringent booing, while shaking my head violently no! Booooooo! Boooooooo! Boooooooo! She just continued to wave and smile and said "Thank you, thank you." Boooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! And then a few miles further down Poplar there was yet another stupid-ass rally. Go home you stupid twits. Bush can't steal the election this time around. There's just no way he can get away with it twice.

Have you seen all of the damaged Bush/Cheney signs?
Don't feel too bad -- Andre & I were driving down Poplar yesterday, & I saw 4 kids (swear they couldn't have been old enough to vote) at East Parkway holding Kerry Edwards signs & cheering & waving to people during rush hour.
I remember how pissed I was that I couldn't vote in th '92 election, yet I would be 18+ for all but 4 months of that presidency. It's not buying alcohol before you're 21. . . or maybe it is. We could have gotten some bum to register & vote our way, promising payment after he came out of the booth.
I haven't seen any vandalism first-hand. Just heard that it's happened to both sides. So I'm having an election night party. Both of you will be getting an evite soon.
Hey, I just had to push back my move date to Tuesday so I'll be neck-high in boxes during your party. Sigh...
What are you up to? You haven't posted in a while. I've been checking every day; it's part of my morning routine when I get to work (anything to avoid actually doing work, you know?)
