Electronic Nostalgia

I stole this from Rangelife, who got it from a magazine called Mobile that did a piece called "Mobile Game Hall of Fame" , about the 50 greatest handheld electronic games of all time. When I saw this "Little Professor", I was instantly transported to the wee beginnings of my little life. Fuck 80's music nostalgia, I'm all about the early 70's toy nostalgia. I want to buy the same mobile that hung in my crib, so I can be reminded of my pure innocent baby days. No, I dont' actually remember what hung in my crib, but maybe if I could see it, everything would come back to me. I'd remember what all the gurgling noises I made actually meant. I could become the baby whisperer. I could go on Oprah and help all those frustrated yuppie mommies understand that their babies already resented them.

I don't remember exactly what it did, but I know it was more than just a calculator. It revolved around numbers, obviously, but it was some sort of game.

My sister had one. I think he just told you if your answer was right. You entered the problem, then your answer, and the little red display told you if it was right or not.
Sumptin' like that.
