I remember this guy from back in the day but I thought he was a peanut. I guess I got him confused with the Planter's Peanuts mascot? He's just a yellow circle with a cowboy hat - kind of reminiscent of a peanut I guess. The series was called Time for Timer.
I tried to post the youtube embedded player but blogger wouldn't let me. Now it's not letting me upload a photo either. I guess it's not Time for Timer afterall.
